"Just doesn’t feel trustworthy"
Hmm. I don’t know, something about this just doesn’t feel trustworthy to me. Nope. I wouldn’t feel comfortable relying on it.

"Consultation felt rushed and not very helpful"
I had a consultation with Regenics it was disappointing. Right from the beginning it felt rushed, like they were trying to get through it fast instead of actually hearing me out.
The answers I got were mostly short and kind of vague. I had to repeat a couple things more than once, and even after that, I still wasn’t really clear on what I was supposed to do next.

Maybe other people have had a better experience, but for me it felt more like a quick sales call than a real consultation. I wouldn’t book again...

I’m not totally sure what happened, but I ended up being charged differently than what I had agreed to. I reached out to support, and they took forever to get back to me, but even after all that, it still wasn’t really fixed. i don’t think I’d feel comfortable giving them my card again.

Booking was easy, but the actual visit felt a little hurried. The staff was friendly, but the follow up took longer than they told me it would, so I didn’t really feel as cared for as I hoped

I gave Regenics a try, i didn’t really feel like the results matched what I paid. The staff was nice enough and the place looked clean, but the whole experience felt average for the price.

Maybe it works better for other people, but for me, it just didn’t feel worth it. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back

"Not sure if I just had a bad experience, but the follow-up was rough"
I had my visit, and the follow-up afterward was disappointing. Maybe I expected too much, I’m not sure, but I had a few questions and it took way longer than I thought it should to get clear answers. It kind of felt like once I’d paid, I was mostly on my own. I hate leaving negative feedback, but based on how things went, I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"Side effects were a bit tougher than I expected"
I’m not totally sure if my experience is typical, but the side effects were kind of rough for me and took a while to settle down. Support was helpful when I reached out, which I appreciated, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest start.

I couldn’t really find clear prices anywhere, and that got frustrating quickly. It’s not even about the price being high or low, I just wanted to know what to expect without having to ask first. It kind of felt like they were pushing you to reach out just to get basic info.

"lab testing was way too confusing"
giving it 1 star because the lab testing part was just a hassle. i wasn’t sure what i was supposed to do, when my results were coming, or who i should even contact for help. i kept having to check for updates myself and everything felt slower than it should’ve been. for something health-related, i really expected the process to be clearer and easier. it just left me frustrated and i don’t really want to go through it again

"Service was fine, but the vibe felt a bit off"
I booked with regenics and, to be fair, the actual service seemed okay. I guess I can’t really complain about that part too much, but the overall visit felt kind of awkward because the staff didn’t come across very warm or professional.
A couple of people seemed rushed, and when I asked questions, it felt like they weren’t that interested in explaining things. Maybe I caught them on a busy day, but for what it costs, I was expecting a little more patience and clearer communication. Not awful, but not exactly impressive either

"Not quite as good as I hoped"
I ordered from Regenics expecting something a little sturdier, but it didn’t really land that way for me. I don’t remember every little detail about the order, except that the packaging seemed fine and the actual item felt cheaper than I was expecting. It worked, kind of, just not as well as I had hoped for the price. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but I mostly remember feeling disappointed, so I probably wouldn’t order it again.

I was excited to order and everything seemed straightforward at first, which I appreciated. The only downside was that shipping took longer than I expected, and it was a little frustrating not getting many updates while I waited. It wasn’t a huge deal in the end, though, and once it arrived, everything was fine.

"Communication wasn’t as clear as I expected"
I went into my experience with Regenics expecting the communication to be straightforward, but it felt confusing more often than not. A lot of the replies I got were vague, and I found myself asking the same questions more than once just to understand what was going on.

Maybe their service works well for other people, but for me, the lack of clear answers made the whole process more stressful than I expected. I wasn’t looking for anything complicated, just simple information that was easy to follow.

I was hoping the plan would feel a bit more personalized, but it came across generic. I kept thinking, “Wait, is this actually based on what I need, or is this just the same thing everyone gets?” Maybe I expected too much, but it was still disappointing.

I didn’t feel like the provider knew all that much, and it made it hard to trust the advice I was getting. It also felt a bit too automated and impersonal, which I really can’t stand when I’m trying to get actual help from a real person.

My order arrived okay, and thankfully nothing leaked or broke, but the box was beat up when it got here. I’ve ordered similar products before that came packed a lot more securely, so I was a little surprised given the price. Not a huge issue, but I do think they could improve the packaging.
